Hotel Automation, Resort Automation, Guest Room Automation etc all working nearly on same concept.

Hotel Lock is card based lock such that guest is given Card as a Key and will be programmed for defined days. Afterwards that key is inactive and required once again programming from Central Computer. This will avoid misuse of Hotel Room and saves lot of money. Central Software at Reception has provision to program multiple key for single room or single key for multiple room as per requirements.

Room open logs are possible with additional Card reader device.

Energy Switch is electronic switch which is operated by MIFARE or RFID Card provided by Reception. After inserting that KEY Card, room power can be ON. This will save power when customer keep some lights ON before leaving room.

Guest Room Automation is use of Home Automation System in each room for Tablet based operations for Lights, Fan, AC, TV and Curtain. All devices are also connected with Centralized control system. This automation add luxury and facility in Room. Ideally suited in 4-STAR or above luxurious hotels.

Bell – Do not Disturb – Room Cleaning – Functionality.
Few such information is required to give to waiter. If same can be given and can be changed from room inside, it will be easy for user at Room. In this system, digital touch switch is kept inside near bed and related Display is kept outside near Bell. Bell switch can be also integrated in this display.

Energy Saving Sensors are used in Passages of each floor for power savings.

Party Hall Automation:
Every good hotel has at least one Banquet (party) hall. In this hall, Lighting, Sound, HVAC system and CCTV are most critical areas for Automation & Security implementation.
