He has 25+ years of Industry experience in the field of Computer Hardware, Networking, Security Products and Automation Products. He acquired for International certification like Novell Netware Engineer and Microsoft Certified System in the field of IT. He also passed “Certified KNX Engineer” for HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM. Our qualified technical team provides products design solutions for customer requirement. We consider below factors during designing solutions.

Cabling Plan & Design
We provide cabling design for easy cable laying by Customers’ general electrician. We incorporate future possible expansions also in our design. Cabling Design in Autocad having all in-depth information will make task easy for ongoing construction projects where piping etc required in early stage while products installation will be at the end of project.
Installation & Documentation
Our technical team derives all necessary technical parameters for configuration of various products on paper and then handover to engineers. This itself will become documentation for customer and will help him for future support. This document have all information for Products Name, Brand, Model or Module Name, Its Connector Number, Pin Number etc complete cabling path. It also contains IP Number and other necessary Configuration parameters.
User is also given operational training.
